Now a day’s importance of organic farming in
our country is rapidly growing and Govt of India has initiative to promote this
organic farming. The Organic foods often have more beneficial nutrients, such as antioxidants, than their
conventionally-grown counterparts and people with allergies to foods,
chemicals, or preservatives often find their symptoms lessen or go away when
they eat only organic foods. Organic produce contains fewer pesticides.
The Organic foods help fight against any life
style diseases like heart disease, diabetics, any cornice diseases etc. Besides
just being generally healthier for our body, organic foods can contain higher
levels of flavonoids than non-organic, giving our
antioxidants known to protect against cardiovascular disease. It help prevent
cognitive breakdown.
In India many people prefer organic food because they
consider it tastes better. The health research said the Organic food production helps protect future generations. The
average child receives approximately four times more exposure than an adult, to
at least eight widely used cancer-causing pesticides in food.
